RICHARD CONOLLY
DIRECTOR/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Richard has been a registered builder since 1984 and throughout that time has completed a number of different projects as carpenter builder from small to large scale residential, multi-unit developments and commercial developments. Richard has strong relationships with a multitude of trades and consultants on the Mornington Peninsula and Bayside areas of Melbourne. Richard’s vast knowledge of the construction industry will ensure the project is delivered on time without sacrificing on quality.
JOSHUA CONOLLY
DIRECTOR/CONTRACT & DESIGN MANAGER
Joshua formed an interest for the construction industry after working as a labourer for his father Richard during his university holidays. Joshua has a degree in Construction Management (RMIT) and previously worked for nine years in commercial construction before joining Richard.
Joshua has a keen eye for detail and focuses on the business development, contract and design management. He enjoys working closely with clients, architects, consultants and the site team to ensure the best outcome for the project.
OUR CARPENTERS
We have a number of key head carpenters who have worked with us for many years. We take great pride in recruiting and retaining carpenters that bring strong leadership skills, with empathise on knowing how to coordinate trades efficiently without compromising on the design principles.
OUR COMBINED TEAM BRINGS A BREADTH OF KNOWLEDGE ALL WHICH COMPLIMENT EACH OTHER
We have a thorough understanding of the local council and VBA requirements, and work well with authorities, building surveyors and the project design team and can call on our strong networks to appropriately resource our builds to ensure projects are not hindered and programs are maintained.
