Richard and his team have a fine eye for detail and quickly became aware of our own design standards. If there was any confusion with the drawings, or if the drawings appeared to contradict our values, then there was an immediate phone call and the matter resolved. 
With a difficult project there can be disagreements and frustrations, but from an owners perspective this did not occur.
 
Not only have we achieved a finished product that we are very excited with, but we have found a professional that we can rely on for any new work in the future.

We engaged RACM Constructions to build our new home as they came highly recommended to us from both friends and acquaintances who had built similar and larger projects to ours. Our 18 month project was handled with complete professionalism and we were thrilled with the end result.
 
The whole experience of building was a most positive one, due to RACM’s excellent work ethic, attention to detail and level of knowledge. All decisions were handled in a competent, consultative and organised manner.
 
Our house was completed on time and without a hitch. We would recommend RACM to anyone.
