RACM was awarded the project management of this new house in May 2019. A fourteen month build that involved extensive site earthworks and concrete retainer walls, construction of the new house, pool and external landscaping works.

Project features; Aluminium framed windows, woodcut timber flooring, polished concrete flooring, timber veneer joinery with Italian stone tops, passenger lift, pine lined feature walls and ceilings, Italian Carrara marble tiles, integrated house control network, James Hardies Stria Cladding, architectural metalwork screens and gates, blackbutt feature hardwood deck, pergola frame and battens, pool, tennis and landscaping works.
