An extension and alteration project set amongst the sand dunes of Rye Back Beach. With a concept design completed by Lauren Hand we were engage to bring this project to life and worked closely with our clients on both the internal and external finishes. The existing house of approximately 14 squares was stripped back to the frame to create a new 35 square house.

Project features; Curved façade walls, silvertop ash cladding, corten steel, solid ironbark posts and decking, aluminium windows, American oak flooring, pine lined walls, barn hung doors, suspended Bordelet Tatiana fireplace, hydronic heating, timber vanities, stone benchtops, living brass tapware, feature render and audio visual works.
