RACM had the privilege of been engaged under a Construction Management type contract working directly with the restaurant owners to ensure the Baths re-build was delivered on time and within budget. We delivered the project in under twelve months, which was one month ahead of the schedule program.

Project features; Rammed timber piles, ironbark posts, oak timber flooring, spotted gum decking, black-butt seating, scyon weatherboard cladding, timber windows and acoustic ceilings.
