The design and finishes consist of bored piers with tiered retaining walls, aluminium framed windows, passenger lift, and barn hung doors, multiple gas fireplaces, polished concrete floors, wormy chestnut timber floors, and solid timber vanities with stone tops. External silvertop ash cladding, scyon weatherboards, suspended pool, decking and landscaping works.
