The retainment and subtle incorporation of the original 100 year old limestone cottage sitting atop the cliff was our clients requirements when we were engaged to complete this design and construct project with MJ Doyle Designs. A project with the importance of paying homage to the original cottage and local Portsea limestone that was quarried for use on the façade cladding.

Project features; Heritage restoration works, aluminium windows, engineered frameless glass balustrade, spotted gum timber flooring and decking, passenger lift, timber ceilings, restored feature lighting and stain glass windows and external coastal landscaping.
